People watching sparked my love of storytelling and photography.

Lucy Lamb at BBC Fierce Women in Media

I’ve always loved to photograph the quirky characters, the hidden moments, and the vibrancy of life around me.

It all began in my teenage years, buying disposable cameras from the pound shop, and photographing my friends on a Saturday afternoon in parks around my hometown of York. As an introvert, I loved people watching and soon discovered the power of imagery for communication and story telling. My hobby of portraiture grew into a passion and I found myself approached with bookings for photoshoots, weddings, and music events.

Lets work together!

I’m based in the North West, in Morecambe (soon to be home to the new Eden project) and I’m always looking for work. I use a full Canon kit, equipped for portraiture, weddings, music and corporate events. I can drive to UK locations and can offer a fast turn around on high quality images. If you’d like to discuss a photoshoot, dates and prices then please feel free to call me or drop me an email at info@lucylamb.com

As a guide, my half day rate starts at £300 for four hours, and my full day rate is £500 for eight hours, with £75 per additional hour.
